My personal approach in counselling comprises of a large portion of Choice Theory and supported by the foundation of Person-Centered Approach. I am a Certified Hypnotherapist by the American Board of Hypnotherapists.
These concoction of frameworks can aid individuals, couples, and families overcome their internal struggles and identify their capabilities to reach their maximum potentials.
