Terms of packages applicable to all therapy services:

• Each package has an expiration of 2 months.
• Payment must be made before each single session/before commencement of package
• Packages can be renewed (without any limit)
• Sessions are non-shareable and non-transferable

Fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Special consideration is made in the circumstance that the client or therapist terminates therapy within the first session or within the package validity period.

Advance payment of the session fee is required to secure an appointment. Booking will be cancelled if payment is not received within 24 hours from the time of booking.

Rescheduling or cancellation of appointments made less than 48 hours from the scheduled appointment or no-shows will forfeit the full session fee paid.

For minors (individuals aged below 18), parental consent is required prior to commencing therapy.

For couples & pre-marital therapy, both partners are required to fill in separate Intake & Consent forms.
