Professional approach

Person-Centred Therapy, integrating elements from Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy, Satir Transformational Systemic Therapy (STST) and Choice Theory Reality Therapy (CTRT)

My aim is to guide clients towards empowerment in a sometimes overwhelming world where themes such as isolation vs. connection, adaptability, self-compassion, and feeling in control vs. loss of control have become quite relevant in managing our day-to-day living.
I work with clients to highlight their individual strengths while providing a safe non-judgmental listening space. Coming from a background in creative arts, I discovered that empathy – imagining yourself in another person’s shoes – has a link with having creativity and flexibility in making choices, and also with how we relate to ourselves, the people around us, and the world around us.
